The framework above is how we ask you to evaluate any opportunity, including this one. Here is where our own process stands: what actually happens on a fund’s first dealing day, and what it does not mean.

A fund’s first dealing day is the point at which its initial group of investors is formally admitted. It is a milestone built on preparation, not a starting signal. Every investor’s Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering checks, along with their funds, must clear before that date; nothing is admitted provisionally.

On the day itself, each investor is issued shares in exchange for their investment, priced at the fund’s Net Asset Value. At first dealing, that NAV is the fund’s initial share price, the baseline every later valuation is measured against. Once shares are issued, the money behind them goes to work: investments are placed into the portfolio through transactions executed by an independent broker, with the resulting assets then transferred to an independent custodian for safekeeping.

This is process, not a launch date. The fund is not yet open to investments, and none of this implies a target month or a guaranteed outcome. When first dealing occurs, you will hear it from us directly, through this newsletter and our official channels, never through third parties.
