Coinsolation is the work of a full team: investment research, operations, distribution, and the independent administrator, custodian, and auditor the fund answers to. Two people are accountable for all of it, and this profile introduces them; you can meet the wider team at our team page.
Mr. Offong Ambah — Chairman
Mr. Ambah brings more than thirty-five years in banking, capital markets, insurance, and infrastructure investing across West Africa, including service as Group CEO of Old Mutual West Africa, Managing Director of Ecobank Nigeria, and appointment by the Central Bank of Nigeria to chair the interim boards of distressed banks. As Chairman, he chairs the board and stewards governance, risk, and oversight: the quiet machinery that keeps a regulated fund honest. His career has been defined by building institutions that outlast individuals, and that is precisely the mandate he holds here.
Deji Adenusi — Chief Executive Officer
Deji’s career spans more than thirty years across Africa, North America, and the Middle East, including some sixteen years at Schlumberger, where operational discipline is not optional. He founded Coinsolation and designed its cross-border structure; as CEO he sets strategy and governance, leads fundraising and investor engagement, and holds the U.S. Series 65 investment-adviser qualification. He built it on a simple conviction: that African investors deserve the same clean, regulated access to global markets that investors elsewhere take for granted.
